A huge congratulations to them both! We can't wait to see what's to come in the year ahead.

A massive thank you to Daisy who was fantastic on the Plaza today talking about her year as a 2025 Ambassador and 'handing over the reigns.' Daisy has achieved so much and is sure to achieve so much more during her career... Such as being a finalist in tomorrow's Heating Installer Awards 2026 😉 We haven't seen the last of Daisy for sure!👏🏼

Heat Pump Service ✨💚

As you can see this heat pump was in desperate need of some TLC! The customer had previously had it serviced every year but they never took the case off outside 💔

There were quite a few recommendations on the paperwork, such as a new shut off valve, new pipe insulation, the pipes need sealing going into the wall and wire needs replacing.

Thankfully when we left it looked lovely and clean and was running much quieter and efficiently 💚
