So this one we get to for a ceiling repair and wall skim, someone had cut a roof joist to get a flu for a fire out and just left it as is! So we re -suported the ceiling and then went with overboard the whole lot.
Done the bonding and get it all skimmed in same day still.
very happy customer 👌👍
