Progress is moving swiftly on-site. Last week, our demo team removed the roof tiles, and now the roof structure has been fully taken down. This week, the rest of the building is coming down as our 13-ton excavator gets to work on the heavy demolition.

Our demo team is on-site, carrying out a full building demolition. Last week, we started by removing roof tiles and removing the porches, Now, our 13-ton excavator is taking on the heavier demolition work. Once the job is complete, the team will clear all debris, leaving the site ready for development.
