🧱Another extension/renovation carried out 🧱

Attaching a modern extension onto a very old stone Mill, certainly presented some challenges due to the shape of the existing structure.

Canter leaver steels installed so our client could install Corner-less windows and maximise the views across Peel castle. Air source heat pump and Solar PV installed for green energy

🧱 Another beautiful kitchen extension 🧱

We were appointed by our Clients to construct this kitchen extension. The Scope of work was to form a ‘Super room’ consisting of kitchen, lounge and dining area while also removing a substantial section of the existing house to make it an open plan.

This one was a challenge from a structural standpoint. Extra care taken on the steel installation so we didn’t pe*****te into the bathroom/bedroom finishes in the floor above and also maintaining a flush ceiling throughout the kitchen extension below

Our Clients now a perfect living area for entertaining family and friends added in with a stunning new decking area and hot tub for the summer BBQ’s

Great job done by the team

🧱 One of our phased projects carried out over the last couple of years 🧱

Construction of 2 extensions and full refurbishment to the main property. We have extended this property to add a study, garage, utility, master bedroom with ensuite, walk in wardrobe, WC, lounge and a dining room

The extensions have been clad in a natural stone and the main property refurbished with a silicone based render system. The old roof has been stripped, insulated and straightened.

This design brings together a modern and traditional look, maintaining the heritage of the building and surroundings, it is a stunning property and the new kitchen/diner benefits from one of the best views on the island

Might as well update the page while we have a wet day!

An extension/exterior and minor internal refurbishment carried out last year. This detached bungalow had become tired and in need of a modern uplift. Making the most of the view, our Client wanted a big set of patio slider’s leading out onto a newly formed balcony. Perfect for relaxing in the summer evening’s

Exterior insulation added, full re-roof, triple glazed windows throughout and finished with K-rend silicone based render.
