🏡 New Garden room refurbishing job started last week!!

This existing 10m x 3.6m garden room needs a full refurbishment.

Flooring, carpets, kitchenette, exterior cladding, new doors & windows all to be replaced in the next couple of weeks!!

All garden rooms are bespoke, made on site to any specifications you want.

This certain garden room was built with the existing pathway in mind, so we kept the building in line with the existing garage to ensure the pathway width stayed the same.

- Zero maintenance required composite cladding
- EPDM rubber roof with anthracite grey trims
- Almond oak laminate click flooring

🏡 New 6m x 3.6m garden room project prior to interior finishing touches like plaster boarding, flooring, painting & furniture

EPDM Rubber roof fully installed with anthracite grey trims.

Stone grey composite cladding for the exterior walls & anthracite grey windows and door installed

🏡 New 6m x 3.6m garden room progress check at day 4 & 5!!

All framework is built & sheeted with 18mm OSB boards with breathable membrane tacked on top. Ready for 1st fix electrics.

EPDM rubber sheet temporary in place letting the sheet settle overnight before being glued in place.

🏡 New 6m x 3.6m garden room starting this week in Totton.

Concrete base went in last week, today we built the base frame & pre made a few walls ready for a big day tomorrow!!

This is a 5m x 3.6m Garden room recently built in Hampshire

- The interior walls, base & ceiling are insulated with Celotex

- Spotlights & sockets throughout

- We leave the walls as a plastered finish ready for the customer to paint

- Any colour choice of Laminate click flooring

- Skirting & architrave to finish off the last touches, below is a little video by one of my customers after they finished painting!!
