Recent wrap around extension with garage, new driveway and patio we finished off towards the end of summer last year, lots of complications with under ground streams and unexpected drain runs made this a tricky one coming out of the ground! Another job completed this week, this one took a bit longer than expected due to a few unforeseen issues like the floor in the utility being 40mm out of level and the walls hiding behind the cladding being ridiculously out of plum. But we got there, 4 rooms skimmed, new skirting fitted and mist coated ready for the client to decorate. Utility room was also fitted out with a newly tiled floor, new units, new plumbing and electrics.
