Decking and a pergola done over the last week.
From the customers original idea and drawing, a lovely composite deck, finished over two levels and two separate curves to incorporate an existing cabin.
We built the deck with a couple of integrated planters and the pergola back to the house adds a place to sit out throughout the year.

Finished last week, this tapering studio in Wimborne 4m across the front and 2.8m across the back.
As all our builds are bespoke, our studios can fit into any shape garden, this one really made the most of a very odd shaped area.

Another Sauna build finished today near Portisham, Dorset.
The exterior was clad in anthracite metal box profile sheeting. We added an integrated shed at the back of the building with colour matched timber doors.
The interior of the sauna is made fully from Western Red Cedar.
The beautiful stone patio leading to the sauna was finished a few weeks ago by James Newsam Construction.

Completed yesterday in Piddlehinton. This garden room combines a fully finished room with a shed and a covered decked area. Alongside a full length deck to the front and resin gravel paths.

The last two and a half weeks have been spent in Wheathampstead, Hertfordshire amidst snow, constant rain and gales.
Here we have a large two room garden gym and family room. The gym has a feature oak slatted wall and black grey bifolds. Loads of lighting, underfloor heating and an internet connection supplied and fitted by Ross at Laser Electrical.

This week we turned an old brick shed into a garden sauna.
A new Cedar door and window, battened, insulated, vapour barrier and fully clad internally in Cedar.
A handbuilt slatted bench and a 4.5kw sauna heater.
It’s lovely turning something old and tired into something new.
