Well… Marks stag do is officially over and somehow he survived 😂🍻
He was completely humiliated from start to finish… travelling to Portugal in a wedding dress and veil 👰♂️, heading out for a Mexican dressed as a giant baby complete with nappy 👶🏻, and finally making his way down to the hotel bar in a leather gimp suit and crocodile high heels. 🤦🏻♂️🤣
Safe to say, he’s glad to be back at work, even though motivations levels Monday were around 30% 🤮
Since getting home Monday, we’ve been absolutely overloaded with work, Mark and Donna have been out until around 9pm most nights trying to keep on top of the workload, with Louise keeping all our commercial sites pest-free and compliant ✅
But there’s light at the end of the tunnel… ONE MORE WEEK! 🙌🏻
Next Thursday, Chris joins Tornado Pest Control as our newest technician. 🌪️💪🏻
He’ll start with a couple of days locked away with me going through inductions, risk assessments, systems and all the boring stuff 😴 before spending his first full week out in the field shadowing Mark across everything from rats and mice to bed bugs, cockroaches, fleas and drain surveys.
The following week he’ll be out with Donna, before we gradually start phasing him onto his own jobs and getting him fully settled into the Tornado way of doing things.
It’s been a ridiculously busy year for us, so bringing another experienced technician into the team is a massive step forward.
Just one more crazy week to survive… then reinforcements arrive! 🌪️💪🏻
