Back to my best and now I’ve got Rejoint’s No.9 r ry grafting alongside me, we’ve been able to move the diary around and take on even more work 🙌

More work means more transformations, more people seeing what we can do and ultimately more jobs coming off the back of them ready for next year.

I’ve always worked by one simple motto — treat every job like it’s your last and you’ll never be short of the next one.

Every job is your advertisement. Do it properly, leave something you’re proud to put your name to and let the work bring the work. 👌🧱

Tell you what, I’ve been so burnt out recently and genuinely felt like I was on the verge of a breakdown without even realising how bad I’d got.

But having R Ry working alongside me has honestly brought a bit of life back into me.

I’ve worked so hard over the last 12 months, doing pretty much everything on my own, that I’ve slowly burnt myself into the ground. I was even swapping my ADHD meds around thinking they were the problem, when in reality I was just expecting far too much from myself.

Working alone worked for a long time. I grafted, built the business and just kept pushing no matter how tired or stressed I was. But eventually it catches up with you.

Sometimes you don’t realise how much you’re carrying until someone comes along and takes a bit of the weight off your shoulders.

Still plenty of graft ahead, but I’m finally starting to enjoy it again rather than feeling like I’m just surviving every day. 👊
