Another update from The Woolpack Inn at Wi******er.

This is the second new orangery we've done on this site, and full male and disabled toilet areas.

All steel beams have been double fire boarded,
New walls drylined, existing walls made good prior to plastering.

Another update, this time over at Wi******er on The Woolpack Inn.

This project has seen us complete all the En-suited accomerdation and a huge refurbishment of the original pub trade areas.

We've been on site for approximately two months, and while it's not been the easiest of projects, we still got there in the end.
A great effort by all the team.

We've been extremely busy over the last few months.
Getting jobs all over the country complete.

Here's the last one over in Longborough.

A timber frame annex measuring at 210m2.

Full board and skim completed in 2 days.

Crisp angles and flat walls just how we like them.

We dont do much domestic work as commercial work takes up alot of our time, but when we do things like this makes it so much more rewarding, i mean, who doesn't love reviews, compliments, and recommendations like that.
20 years and still love feedback like this 🙏

One of our latest projects on the go,
Located in Leeds city center on wharf approach.
There's a mixture of work happening, including Mf ceilings, partitions, drylining to walls, bonding and skimming, including a feature wall which we won't reveal.

More updates will be given when the job progresses.

And just like that, two decades have passed us by 🎉🎉

For the past 20 years I've dedicated myself to being one of the best plasterers around.
I wanted to build a reputation of quality and someone that you can trust.
It's been a journey, it's taken dedication, blood sweat and tears.
I've grown my vision from humble beginnings. 1 man and 1 van to the amazing team I have around me now, who are just as dedicated as I am.

The Waterloo at Blyth.

Here's another project we've recently completed.

Due to it being flooded late last year, we were given the task of making it like new as quickly as possibly.

A lot of work went into this in a short space of time.
All walls we're stripped and cleaned up before being sealed and replastered.

Another brilliant job, handed over on time as usual.

Operation sound proof.

Another one that's all complete.

This one had an mf ceiling installed to hide all the steel beams from a knock through.
Due to there being a bedroom above, we double soundboarded the ceiling, and used acoustic insulation.
The walls we're done in sound boards apart from the feature wall which was double boarded to take brick-slips.

Again the quality is on point.

Team Pickerings took on TeamSport karting today.

Where we lead with excellence in our industry, we do seem to lack on the racetrack 💨

It's been great to have some downtime and enjoy ourselves.

Next year we'll be back to what we do best.
Also another milestone as we look forward to approaching our second decade in the industry.

A Merry Christmas and thank you to all our customers throughout 2024.
