Excellent progress is being made on our latest crematorium development in York.

The superstructure is now almost complete, allowing internal works to progress, while external works have advanced significantly thanks to the recent warmer weather. Every milestone brings this important project one step closer to completion.

This Design and Build project is one that Pacy & Wheatley Construction is proud to be delivering in collaboration with our partners across the wider design team, with quality and attention to detail at the heart of every stage.

Great progress continues at our care home development in Derbyshire for our new client,
Care Concern Group.

Following the recent spell of warm weather, the team has made excellent progress, with the roof structure now nearing completion. Single ply and pitched roof coverings are following closely behind, while internal pre plaster works are now underway.

This exciting Design and Build project is continuing to take shape thanks to the hard work of our site team and the collaborative approach of our partners across the wider design team.
