General Maintenance - I have 9 years experience working as a Maintenance Manager overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of 7 properties in 5 different locations, completeing the work myself or bringing in contractors where neccesary. Jo

I pride myself in being honest in my capabilities and will only take on work I know I can complete to a high standard, if I am unable to do that I will always work to find an alternative trustworthy tradesperson to complete the job for the customer.

Some pics of Hall, Stairs Landing completed last week. Walls, ceiling and woodwork all prepped. Ceilings sprayed using Caparol Cappamax, woodwork undercoated with Haft Primer and topped with PU Satin and walls painted in Tikkurila UK Vinyl Matt .

Working on this new project. Wallpaper stripped off four walls, prepped and lining paper hung on all walls, wood panelling rubbed down. Stain blocked and temp undercoats applied ready for final top coats. Ceiling had cracks raked out, old tram lines rubbed out and whole ceiling sprayed.

Rest of week will see panelling sprayed to a finish, two walls painted and other two papered.
