Our client approached us with the problem of too much heat in the open plan living space as a result of the existing glass atrium.
Our solution, to install 2 electrically operated velux windows to allow fresh countryside air to filter in and heat to escape.
Works included: Structural alterations to the ceiling and roof, light tunnel to link roof to ceiling, all associated BWIC: including plastering, scaffolding and protection of services. 🐻⚒️
