Design development image for a new triple height entrance to a house on Bawtry Road that we are working on.

Excited to see how this one progresses and can’t wait to see this atrium and feature stairwell in real life.

New leisure facilities we are developing featuring glulam trusses over an open plan gym with sauna and rainfall shower.

We are looking at glazing between the trusses to allow borrowed light into the feature spaces, also showcasing them through a fully glazed as a back drop to the gym.

Before and after design development images for a comprehensive overhaul of this prominent house on Bawtry Road in Bessacarr.

The main moves are a two storey rear extension with a new roof over this longer span, and a single storey garden room with an elevated patio space.

The main challenges are to better integrate the house with the sloping site, create a better connection with the garden and add more useable space for a growing family.

Alongside delivering the more practical requirements, we saw an opportunity to improve the main front and rear elevations, enhancing and building on existing features to give the property greater character and identity.

Our other Warnington Drive project is nearing completion, with some of the key spaces now almost finished a couple of weeks ahead of project completion.

The vaulted roof creates a characterful, cosy feel - a counterpoint to the double height stairwell and entrance, adding light and grandeur to the key circulation spaces.

Excellent work as always Developing & Building Ltd - looking forward to seeing the finishing touches in these last weeks which will make this a really special home.

Planning approved today for the complete transformation of this detached house on Howden Close in Bessacarr. Swipe for the before and after images.

The frontage will be widened and completely overhauled, including stone casement windows and rendered walls either side of a new entrance bay with feature brickwork.

This house will stand out as one of the most comprehensively remodelled and modernised in the area. Looking forward to seeing the transformation now begin.

The roof is on and the studs are up at one of our Warnington Drive projects, screeding and windows up next. Great work Danny at Developing and Building and all the team, moving through the programme with pace and quality.

Some of the key spaces are now starting to emerge, and seeing how these translate from the drawings into real life we are reassured that this will be a very unique home, and one that will work well for how the family want to live.

Current work on a new bronze clad kitchen extension has made me look back at this one from a few years back - featuring automated glazing and a pocket door, creating a fully open corner once the glazing is pulled back.

The best projects always seem to be the ones where the client has faith in you to do your thing, as was the case here - and we’re delighted with the outcome.

Great work Developing and Building on this complete house transformation project we worked on in Bessacarr which is looking amazing as it nears completion.

One of the main moves was to knock through the small hallway into the first reception room to create a spacious hallway for a feature stair. Looking forward to seeing the bronze crittall doors installed to complete the space.

An application we have recently submitted for a house in a beautiful plot in the Conservation Area on Bawtry Road.

The proposals are to create a new double height glazed entrance acting as a welcome beacon by night and flooding the hallway with natural light by day.

The transformation also includes a new corner glazed garden room which allows the living spaces to more easily spill out into the generous gardens surrounded by stunning trees.

Before and after images of a transformation project we are working on in Sprotbrough, in a truly unique setting featuring stunning tiered gardens surrounded by mature trees.

The proposal seeks to replace the existing series of steps and split levels at the rear; instead creating a sunken garden room, utilising the sloping terrain.

The three arched glazed doors at the lower lawned area frame views of the beautiful landscaped gardens, whilst the terrace flows out from the main living spaces above.
