The company was formed in 2007 and are specialists in the hire, refurbishing, installation and site services for modular constructed buildings. Although Wintech Modular is a relatively new company Keith and Stephen both draw on many years experience in manufacturing modular buildings and in the wider domestic and international construction industry.

How far would you be willing to go give a client confidence in your work?

Well we have recently been asked to provide a number of samples for refurbishment works across a range of sectors, one of them been a cubicle and IPS for some works in a college . So after coordinating with our sister company definedbespokeinteriors we manufactured a model on wheels - 12mm SGL cubicle and IPS, real anodised cubicle fittings, vinyl flooring even complemented with Keku clips for ease of access into an IPS.

In the 8th and semi final part of this series, Will & Jemima share their thanks to everyone involved in helping bring the new washroom facilities at Pencarnan Farm Campsite to life.

In the 7th part of this series, Will & Jemima talk about how important it was for the new washroom facilities to be easy to maintain, especially during the busy campsite season.

Will explains how the wall-hung toilets and concealed pipework have made cleaning much simpler day to day: โ€œitโ€™s a hose down, disinfect and done.โ€ With everything designed to be practical and hard wearing, keeping the facilities clean is now far quicker and easier.

Jemima also talks about how things used to be before the refurbishment, constantly saying things like โ€œthis time next year weโ€™ll paint the wallsโ€ or โ€œweโ€™ll have to sort that out next season.โ€ Now, instead of yearly replacements, theyโ€™ve got facilities that feel modern, fresh and built to last.

In the 6th part of this series, Will & Jemima reflect on the overall project and whether the finished facilities met their expectations.

Jemimaโ€™s answer was simple โ€” โ€œbetter than what we expected.โ€

From the quality of the finish through to the overall experience, the project delivered exactly what the family were hoping for and more. With the refurbishment completed and delivered on time in under 5 weeks, the new facilities were ready for the campsite season without disruption.

For Jemima, itโ€™s all about the look and feel of the space: the colours, the bright finish and the beachy vibe that fits perfectly with the campsite and its surroundings.

Why upgrade campsite facilities?
For Will & Jemima at Pencarnan Farm, it was all about cleaner, more efficient facilities - without losing the siteโ€™s character.

They wanted to protect the heritage and build around it, not over it.

Thatโ€™s where we at Wintech Modular Buildings came in, from a phone call in January to completion by the end of march โ€” delivering a solution that works better day-to-day, while still fitting the feel of the campsite.
