Yes another staircase renovation.
Which we 🫶

A bit different to my usual efforts and it looks🔥

All new posts and rails along
With, square 41 mm oak spindles.
All new oak treads and rises.

This one has bespoke treads for the overhang.
As they usaully are made to fit between the stringers

All spindles and treads have been measured and drilled out. With the spindles held in place with a doweling.

A 20mm angle mould has been added to the edge of each step which really sets it off.

Oiled tona finish.

First post in a while. Lots more posts incoming, so keep your eyes peeled.

Let's start with this beautiful staircase renovation. 😍

The existing newel posts have been cladded with the mitre newel post cladding system.
Modern sqaure hand and bas rail with the matt black spindles.

The stringers have been cladded and capped.

Then to finish off, we have the modern range oak treads and white rises,
Installed with the warm light led lighting system.

Some time ago this one but pictures ar finally here.😍

As you can see another lovely staircase renovation.
Those lovely twist newel posts.
Signature plus handrail and sqaure baserail.
All with 8mm toughened glass along woth the stringers cladded and capped.

Laminate flooring installed throughout the ground floor. With oak vannered skirting and architrave.
To match in with the stairs and door.

Then a lovely mediawall.
Fitted with hand made oak cabinet doors
Lovely feature to the living room area.

Another lovely staircase renovation.
This time a winder staircase.😍

All the original white posts have been cladded.
New sqaure handrailband baserail. Along with sqaure oak spindles.
The stringers have been cladded and capped.
Thanks to Fiximer for the quality oak S per.
And to Gaz LeeBrod for the painting and oiling.

Big transformation here.😍

●New sub for through kitchen and bedroom.
●Full kitchen revamp
●All new fire door casings, doors and new hardware.
●90sqmtr of new laminate flooring
●All new skirting and architrave throughout
● Bathroom split to make a separate toilet amd Bathroom.
●Fully cladded walls and ceilings. Full installation of Bathroom furniture
●All additional pipework.
●Double doors to separate the living room to conservatory.

My first post for a quite a while.
Lots more to post in the coming week.

Let's start with this beauty.

Starting with the new fully finished oak doors and frames installation. Along with fully finished ogee architrave.
Which i think is perfectly complimented with a gorgeous
Brushed oiled, mixed size plank engineered oak flooring. Finished with ogee skirting board.

Then the stunning stair renovation.
New oak square newel posts, along with square oak spindles and the modern range sqaure hand and baserail.
All stringers cladded and capped.
Then finished off with the modern range oak treads and rises.
Supplied byFiximer as per.

Thanks to Gaz LeeBrod for oiling the stairs to great finish.
