Job i Started other week, i was only supposed do a little strip out of the old boiler cupboard, skirting arks and coving but as i got going that was wasn't the case the plaster was falling off on the partitioning wall so that had to go on both sides but once the plaster was off it became clear the whole wall had to come down it had too much of a wobble and just wasn't safe to dot and dab, so i put up a stud wall, re arranged a few sockets and strengthed up the studs with some ply ready for tv's on both sides, two new door frames, re boarded cielings and gave everywhere a skim just got to go back and fit the skirts, arks and a few others bits.

Back on this one this week, gave the walls a mist coat put all the sockets where they need to be behind where tv will eventually sit flush upto some nice stone effect wall pannel, fit some ply to the studs where they'll be slatted panneling to create a secret door for the understairs cupboard along with a long floating cabinet and shelves either side of the tv fireplace, MJ Electrical has been and got us some power to the LED strip lights, I've even managed to make a start skimming the hallway before we get some flooring down!

Made a start on another little project other week, Stripped all the old door frames and skirting boards taken down the old housing for the spot lights and put back up a more tidy recessed Led channel running into the TV fireplace, then gave the room a full reskim, this ones going to be a little different to what I've done before!

Another recent job I've been on with, again I forgot to take before pictures, a bit of bedroom revamp, this box room was mostly swallowed up by the bulk head above the stairs but with a little change around I've managed to make it look like a proper bedroom, made up a decent double bed with a wardrobe and shelves on the old bulk head, new laminate flooring skirting and arks, oak slat pannels, gave it all a lick of paint and a new TV put up for Lad!

Little job i did a bit back forgot to take a few before pictures on this one , Tv fireplace built up, sockets & Internet outlet moved behind tv, recessed Led channel fitted around tv all prepped and mist coated ready for some colour and a new TV 👍

Thats pretty much job done on this one, its been a full start to finish project from rip out to Plastering, Joinery, Electrics with help from Michael Sullivan as always, Mark Deere for your new Rad, Ive fully prepped for decorating with the Old Man Spud himself adding the colour and finishing touches! I'll be taking more of the decorating side of things on aswell for jobs like this in the future, really enjoyed watching this one come together its been a pleasure! Gray Law and Clare Law you've almost got your living room back Enjoy it thanks for all the Crisps and Biscuits 😂

Progress this week, Living room fully skimmed out, recessed Led track installed around where the TV is going, all coved and new skirting boards and architrave fitted, its safe to say its coming together now!
