This transformation was the 2nd installment for a fantastic customer!
After completing his en-suite in October 2021 he asked us to go back and work our magic on his small but main bathroom. This was completed back in May 2022.
To then receive a phone call from our customer on 19th May 2023 a year later ”just calling to say a big thank you again, our bathroom is fantastic”
This makes it all the travel, preparation, hard work and sometimes the headaches worth it.

A big thank you to a wonderful family and your call was very much appreciated.

When you are self employed it is your quality of work, work ethic, customer service and calls like this that drives your business forward!

New shower room for a lovely family!

Well it that time again for an update of the last 6 months or more!

Just want to say a big thank you at all my customers over this time who have all been fantastic, some new and existing customers.
Also working alongside some great tradespeople.

I have been busy building good working relationships with a number of trades people. (thank you to each one of them whom I will tag in each post I put up over the next few days)

What a transformation!

Full bathroom refurbishment.

Nice new fresh looking bathroom suite, new electric shower, anthracite radiator, floor, ceiling with spotlights.

Plumbing 1st and 2nd fix completed by Lumia Property Services and Roberts Interiors & Plumbing, tiling and floor fitted by MLB Joinery & Tiling.
Fantastic team work on this one.

This was a warm one for us at LUMIA Property Services.

A bit of extra loft installation (65 square meters to be precise) adding a further 200mm of depth for a wonderful repeat customer.

Lovely couple.
Floor to ceiling tile, floor tile.
New quadrant shower enclosure, shower, toilet and sink with vanity unit. New towel radiator.

Another rental property fix.
Tiles falling off the walls!
Shower waist draining onto the floor, tray cracked walls damp!
Landlord only wanted the lower half / unstable tiles replaced.
Lumia made this water tight again with Q-Board and water tight bonding, new raised frame for the shower tray, new tray, correctly fitted new waste now running into the drain and re-tiled.
All in a days work.
