Big changes to Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) come into effect on 6 August 2026.

The new rules will reduce costs and simplify the planning process for many small developments, helping make projects more financially viable while continuing to protect important habitats.

✨ You wouldn’t believe this is the same house ✨

This project started with a derelict home that felt dark, cramped and disconnected from the garden.

By rethinking the layout and adding a master bedroom extension over the garage, we created a bright open space that works much better for everyday living.

A reminder that good design isn’t just about adding space — it’s about using it better.
