We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised and proactive After Sales & Lettings Property Coordinator to join our growing property business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment, has excellent communication skills and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
🔑 The Role:
* Coordinating after-sales processes to ensure a smooth journey from sale agreed through to completion
* Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, landlords, tenants and contractors
* Supporting the day-to-day management of our lettings portfolio
* Managing enquiries, maintenance requests and keeping clients updated
⭐ We’re Looking For Someone Who:
* Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Has great communication and people skills
* Can multitask and work confidently under pressure
* Has a positive, can-do attitude
* Has property or estate agency experience.
