Due to continued workload across commercial and industrial sites nationwide, DML Roofing + Siphonics are looking to onboard established two-person roofing teams to support our reactive and planned maintenance works.
We work with major FM providers, supermarkets and large commercial clients, delivering high-quality roofing and drainage solutions across live environments.

🔧 The work includes:
• Commercial roof inspections, cleaning and maintenance
• Reactive leak investigations and repairs
• Waterproofing, guttering, cladding and general roofing repairs
• Nationwide sites with consistent workflow

Are you experienced in roofing estimation and passionate about delivering accurate, high-quality project quotes? We’re looking for a Roofing Estimator to join our team and play a key role in pricing, planning, and supporting successful roofing projects.

🔨 What you’ll do:
Prepare accurate and timely estimates for residential and commercial roofing projects.
Analyse specifications, drawings, and site requirements to develop detailed cost proposals.
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to obtain pricing, evaluate materials, and ensure competitive and compliant bids.
Conduct site visits when needed, assessing project scope, risks, and logistical considerations.
Support the handover process to operations — ensuring clarity, accuracy, and smooth ex*****on.

👷‍♂️ Who we’re looking for:
Someone with experience in roofing or construction estimating, ideally with knowledge of materials, systems, and industry processes.
A detail-oriented professional with strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
Someone who can manage multiple tenders, work to deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
A team player who’s proactive, organised, and confident using estimation software and Excel/spreadsheets.
