One of our ongoing project is starting to take shape, with the digger hard at work. There’s still plenty to do, but it’s great to see the progress being made.

Site Setting Out - we accurately set out the site to ensure all dimensions, positions, and levels were correct before work began.

Excavation & Formation Works – The site was excavated and graded to the required depths and formation levels, creating a solid foundation and ensuring the correct finished levels throughout

Concrete Works – The concrete slab was poured, levelled, and finished to a high standard, providing a strong and durable base for the next phase of the development.

Site Set Out - we accurately set out the project to ensure all dimensions and levels were correct before work commenced. We now have our total station!

Excavation & Formation Levels - The site was excavated and graded to the required depths and levels, ensuring a solid foundation and correct finished surface levels.

Storm Water Drainage - Storm water drainage was installed to specification, providing effective surface water management for the site.

Services Installation - Electric and water services were brought into the site and positioned ready for future connections

Concrete Pour - The concrete was poured, levelled, and finished to provide a strong, durable base ready for the next stage of the project.

The building structure itself was installed by SSC East Ltd
