Accurately setting out the site to ensure all dimensions, positions and levels were correct before works commenced.

Excavation & Formation Works
Excavating and grading the site to the required depths and formation levels, creating a solid foundation and ensuring accurate finished levels throughout.

Duct Box Installation
Supplying and installing the duct box as part of the site infrastructure, ensuring it was correctly positioned, levelled and installed

Concrete Works
Pouring, levelling and finishing the concrete to a high standard, providing a strong and durable base

Excavation & Formation Works – The site was excavated and graded to the required depths and formation levels, creating a solid foundation and ensuring the correct finished levels throughout

Concrete Works – The concrete slab was poured, levelled, and finished to a high standard, providing a strong and durable base for the next phase of the development.
