This client reached out as they had brought a house that was mid refurbishment & left incomplete when the previous owner was unable to finish due to personal reasons. This meant that their new home was running on extension leads & they had no lighting.

The temporary consumer unit has now been replaced with a modern one, allowing for future expansion & providing the client with peace of mind.

Along the way, DIY electrical work & rodent damaged cables have been removed & rewired. New down lights added to the hallway & a new hob circuit installed.

It’s nearly been 1 year in business as a sole trader and it’s been an interesting one.

Plenty of new clients, new opportunities & lessons learnt to do with running the business and managing time/workload.
