Please can we ask our customers to be mindful that we do also have lives, a family and we are entitled to time off.

I personally reply to messages at all times of the day and every day of the week and sometimes it can take me a little bit of time to respond if I am busy with my child or if I have taken the rare weekend off.

You will get a response but I do receive a good 15-20 messages daily which turn into conversations, this is on top of taking calls, putting orders in, producing quotes to send out.

Rob also works nearly 7 days a week, most weeks.

Please be mindful that we are only human and do need time off too.

Along with new paving at the top of the garden this garden needed a good old clean and levelling off in the middle before phase 3 on Sunday.

Due to this being strips of artificial grass, we were able to remove the strips 1 by 1 and jet wash them thoroughly before adding a little bit more sand, compacting it down and relaying the fresh artificial grass.

It’s been a satisfying day!
