📞 UPDATED PHONE OPTIONS – MAKING DELIVERIES EASIER TO BOOK
We’ve updated our phone options to make sure your call gets to the right person as quickly as possible.
🚛 Option 1 – Deliveries
For ALL new delivery orders and amendments to existing deliveries from either our Dewsbury or Brandesburton plant, you’ll now speak directly to our centralised planner, Alice.
🏭 Option 2 – Brandesburton Collections
To place an order to collect from our Brandesburton plant.
🏭 Option 3 – Dewsbury Collections
To place an order to collect from our Dewsbury plant.
📋 Option 4 – Sales
To speak directly to a member of our Sales Team.
💷 Option 5 – Accounts
For all accounts and invoice enquiries.
Why centralise delivery planning?
Having one planner coordinating deliveries across both plants gives us a much better overview of availability, production capacity and our vehicle fleet – helping us to plan efficiently, maximise availability and give customers the best possible service.
And don’t worry… we haven’t opened a call centre! 😂
Our centralised planner, Alice, is still very much based at the plant, knows our customers and our operation, and will do everything she can to accommodate your requirements.
