🔵 PROJECT HARROGATE ⚪️

Phase 1 complete on our Harrogate project. 💪

A great start to this job with the first phase now successfully completed. We began by clearing and stripping the land, removing all unwanted vegetation and preparing the site for the next stage of works. We then installed secure perimeter fencing to make sure the site is safe, protected, and ready for Phase 2 to commence.

Getting the preparation right is one of the most important parts of any project, and by completing this first stage properly we've created a clean, tidy, and secure working area that will keep the surrounding area protected as the project progresses.

We're looking forward to getting back on site and bringing you more updates as this project continues.

Another full garden transformation completed! 🌿✨

This garden was looking tired and in need of some TLC. We started by excavating the existing ground after discovering it had been poorly prepared the first time around. This had caused significant subsidence due to inadequate drainage and soil being used as the sub-base.

To ensure a long-lasting finish, we:
✅ Excavated the existing area
✅ Installed new ACO drains and a gully to improve surface water drainage
✅ Prepared the ground correctly with the proper sub-base
✅ Laid beautiful Kandla Grey Indian sandstone paving for a fresh, modern look

The result is a durable, low-maintenance garden that's built to last and looks fantastic.

Pump installed to manage ingress of ground water and also replacement of external drainage that was damaged and no longer doing it's job allowing more water to ingress into the cellar. This cellar is now a usable space all year round as in the past it has been unusable in the winter months due to the water table.

🔵 LOVELY REVAMP ON THIS REAR GARDEN

The levels on this garden were all wrong the ground level around the conservatory was up at dpc and no drainage. We reduced the levels, installed a little retainer, and installed new aco drains to manage all surface water. We then finished in raj Blend Indian Stone. New fence installed to the left side and along the neighbouring house. A couple of planters also installed also a new path around existing shed base.
