A new commercial building for making w**e will soon have a load of large tanks for the w**e installed
Johnstones self cleaning masonry paint was used 3 coats this is extremely hard wearing so the walls can constantly be washed clean even preasure washed it can be a messy job making w**e
The toilet and kitchen 3 coats of johnstones perfect matt which has an extremely high scrub rating so very cleanable the woodwork was done in johnstones aqua guard gloss having 2 coats of gloss on top of the primer and undercoat

Preparation
Lots of new wood being put in and having a good soak with wood preserver before painting
This property is in a conservation area so repair before replacement
Scaffolding should come down next week

Its never just getting the paint out
We are used to doing repairs
Some decorators would have to pull off the job while you get someone to do the repairs and thats if you could find someone

Its not just painting some wood repairs putting up handrails for a client and a blind was taken away all the mechanics refurbished and then returned and put back up for another client
Nothing is too much trouble for us

A nice house with a great view we have completely re-decorated externally it was very green with algae and had a lot of cracks in the render so a thorough algae treatment and preasure wash then we cleaned all the plastic facias soffits windows and doors made good the cracks and gave it 3 coats of a good quaulity masonry paint so will be good now for getting on to 15years even though its a coastal property we have done it to last
Thankyou to sid little scaffolding for their easy to work off scaffolding prompt getting It put up and very prompt removing it

Some class work by all the trades to get this house looking so good so much was rotten and all the pointing had to be taken out including cement where bricks were missing and everything re-pointed in a special colour lime motar complemented with a quaulity paint finish this was a job done last year if you get proffessionals in you can get a property looking good and if its done properly can look like that for decades
