Finally all done… it’s taken some time but the final version is worth the wait. Bespoke lighting design to illuminate all corners of this property and to give the new owner the control for any occasion. The baths are huge in this place easily big enough for two and a bottle of wine.

this apartment is located in one of the most iconic areas in Bath and the developer (APS) has done a great job of designing this apartment to meet that standard. We have installed the latest in LED illumination complete with antique brass face plates throughout. We also installed all the bathrooms and shower rooms you can see complete with underfloor heating and ventilation. This apartment is also equipped with the latest in electric heating and controls so heating can be monitored and adjusted from your phone.

This property also has a sprinkler system, fire detection system and intruder alarm system.

HENLEY !!!

Another plot finished, we completed a full M&E package at this property including ASHP, bathroom installs including the tiling, lighting installation , EV installation, stair lighting, low level walk way lights.

ALMOST FINISHED!!

Another property in bath almost finished, just a couple of shades to put up once decoration has completely finished. The finish of the property is fantastic and has been great working with a young up and coming building firm with new ideas and vision. More photos to follow once complete

A BIG ONE!!

Probably one of the largest single projects we’ve done this year so far. This place will have everything including a gym and swimming pool. More pictures to follow upon completion

CONSUMERS UNIT!!!

We must do 100’s of these a year and we hold ourselves to completing them all to a high standard. The aim is if another electrician ever comes to work on these they can do so with ease and also think these guys knew what they are doing.

GARAGE WORKS!!

Not the best insta pics but these new upgrades will defo be liked by everyone who works at the garage. We also installed a lux sensor and light supply for a future sign light that will look great once installed.

ANOTHER GARDEN!!

We installed a 32amp supply for future hot tub.

Install spike lights along the rear planter.

Installed ip rated LED strip light along decking edge.

Replace wall lights.

Installed double IP rated sockets.

WILTSHIRE !!!

Another property completed, we carried out a full electrical installation, working along side the client who had a great vision on how it would look in the end. We also did the plumbing and bathroom at this property complete with ASHP and hive controls. Ready just in time for Christmas 🎅
