Working on a Sunday fixing a job that went wrong. Walls painted in Benjamin Moore UK Aura matte that refused to fully cure. After 6 weeks they are still tacky. Never seen anything like it in 26 years in the trade (not in emulsion that is - F&B is obviously notorious for taking days to cure, but 6 weeks?)

Anyone else had this?

Solution that seems to be working on a sample area is Zinsser BIN then repaint in Aura matte (at my expense)

Bit of a bold choice on this job just finished in Calne. Love it!

Today I’m celebrating 25 years in the trade. Where did that time go? 🤯

No idea how many jobs I’ve done in that time. 1000’s of gallons of paint and tubes of caulk.

So here is to another 25 years. I’ll be 66 at that point!
