One of our projects on Upper Duke Street, Liverpool for our valued client

This project consisted of a minus 2 RC structure for basement 6.6 meters deep through rock excavations. RC structure to podium slab and met structure.

We carried out all structure and concrete works and all civils works on site for 640 new student accommodation apartments.

John has been with the company just under 4 years, as Senior QS and Project Manager his role involves liaising directly with the clients team.

Cost reporting and construction management play a large part of John’s role with an emphasis on value engineering to promote the planning and delivery of projects with improved performance.

John is currently overseeing a wide variety of commercial projects throughout the UK.
