*Plumbers Omagh*
We are recruiting Plumbers to join our growing maintenence team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality repair and maintenance services across social housing properties in the Omagh area.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carry out reactive plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Diagnose faults and resolve plumbing issues promptly
- Repair and replace pipework, taps, toilets, showers, cylinders and fixtures as required
- Identify and report any additional works required
Complete job reports and paperwork accurately using handheld devices
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring all jobs are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Proven experience within reactive maintenance, social housing or property maintenance environments
- The ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience working within social housing would be preferable.
