Swift Lane Workforce are looking for 2x Duct Fitting Helpers / General Operatives to join our team on an upcoming commercial project.

This role is ideal for someone looking to get into the trade and learn from experienced duct fitters on live sites.

👷‍♂️ Role will involve:

• Assisting experienced duct fitters on installation works
• Moving materials, units & keeping work areas organised
• Looking after stores, fixings & consumables
• Marking out ductwork for cutting and installation
• Using basic hand tools and site equipment

✅ Requirements:

• CSR Card (essential)
• Manual Handling (essential)
• Driving licence (preferred but not essential)
• Must be reliable, willing to learn and take direction
• Self-employed (UTR number required)

📍 Based in Derry/Londonderry | Travel Required | Immediate Start in Sligo (Monday)

Swift Lane Workforce is looking for a reliable and motivated Duct Installation Helper to join our team – with an immediate job starting this Monday in Sligo!

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone eager to learn a trade, gain experience, and grow with us.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting with ductwork installation (measuring, cutting, sealing, insulating)

Handling tools and materials on site

Preparing job sites and helping with clean-up

Following safety protocols and wearing proper PPE

Supporting the lead installer and learning on the job

Occasionally speaking with customers and helping troubleshoot

Working in a team on commercial projects

✅ What You Need:

CSR Card

Manual Handling, Working at Heights, and IPAF tickets

Willingness to travel (occasional overnight stays, all within driving distance)

A good attitude, team spirit, and a strong work ethic

Physically fit and ready to learn
