Another one done, well nearly, have to put another one on the fences but it’s wrapped up other than that 🫣 everything washed down, street/pads, filler work done & two top coats, the change is 😍 love doing these, makes such a difference 👌🏻

Never got the finished ones of this up from last year 🫣 same again a biocide treatment, wash down & three coats of sandtex with both additives in the paint, e-b bonding agent in first coat then floetrol in final coats. It turned out class, paint makes some difference to ur home folks, well worth the investment. Another stunning house to have worked on 😍 2027 bookings for exteriors are getting to the limit of what I can do, already have ones booked in, will only be taking another 1 or 2 on folks, book early don’t miss out 🤪

Totally stunning, it’s definitely a stand out house as they say. Three coats on everything from the entrance pillars/walls to the shed & the house 👌🏻 struck the weather lucky with this one thou, not to bad for a one man band 😅🫣 returning to start painting the inside of this one later in the year for the customer in stages. Some stunning photos of this to come aswel, the video will give uns an idea thou 😍

Uno it’s gonny be good with a house like this, was treated with a biocide to kill/clean everything off near the end of April so it would be ready to paint in the summer 🫣 always good to do a job right 👌🏻 lot of work has went into this one, this was the day it was treated end of April, more to follow so stay tuned 😂 bookings only taking for 2027 exteriors at the min folks, book early don’t miss out, limited space already 😅

Now following on to the exterior of this house, house all washed down with a fungicide wash, fascia/soffet/spouts & wido...

Now following on to the exterior of this house, house all washed down with a fungicide wash, fascia/soffet/spouts & widows all cleaned with a treatment after this as well to clean. All loose paint removed, drive/fences all washed & an algaecide treatment put down to keep moss away, everything filled/primed ready for top coats 😅 Pillars & chimneys all got major repairs to bring them back to life. Customer took advice & used a bonding agent to keep paint on & not flake off again & finally an additive in the final top coat to help leave a stunning finish 😍 this one really did get the works, all top quality products used & no corners cut, the photos of this house doesn’t do the exterior or interior any just at all. The customers were a pleasure to work for as always.

Moving on from last night’s post this is the stunning kitchen/living area with the stunning vaulted ceiling to the rear 😍 kitchen walls/ceilings/wood work done & the centre piece of the kitchen stripped back & repainted again. Some work involved but the results speak for themselves 👌🏻 it’s worth the prep before u dip the brush/roller..
