🔵Massive thank you to the whole team for consistently putting in a tight shift and helping keep the project ahead of schedule. Credit also to our Floor manager Conor, Working Supervisor Adrian, and Chargehand Nathan, who is managing the team on the floor and keeping everything running smoothly.

Akira Contracts is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Administrator / Recruiter to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of one of Ireland's fastest-growing M&E labour providers, supporting major projects across Ireland and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Speaking with our teams of electricians, pipefitters, welders, supervisors and general operatives
✅ Uploading qualifications and certificates on our systems
✅ Booking workers onto projects and coordinating site inductions
✅ Managing compliance documentation and training records
✅ Liaising with clients and generating new sales
✅ General office administration and data entry
✅ Maintaining databases and preparing reports

What We're Looking For:

✔ Excellent communication and organisational skills
✔ Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Administration experience
✔ A positive attitude and strong work Ethic
✔ Experience working with Construction / Subcontracting companies is desirable

The signage is officially up at our new premises 👷‍♂️🏗️

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be finishing off:
✅ Fully equipped workshop
✅ Testing bays
✅ Dedicated learning and training rooms
✅ New office space
✅ A centre focused on construction training and workforce development

The vision has always been bigger than labour supply and package pricing. We want to help educate and develop the next generation coming into the industry, giving people real hands on training, site knowledge, and practical experience. With the aim of offering the best candidates opportunities to work with us on live projects across the UK and Ireland.

Exciting times ahead and we’re looking forward to opening the doors soon.
