Another big transformation! 🙌

Last week, our landscaping team tackled a long-overdue job for this client. Their old fence had seen better days so it was time for a much-needed refresh.

We started the removal and clear-out on Wednesday, and by Thursday evening the new fence was complete, with everything left clean and tidy.

With the grass-cutting season coming to an end soon, it’s the perfect time to get those other outdoor jobs ticked off the list.

Our uniformed, experienced and friendly team is available throughout the winter and always happy to help.

What a transformation! 😲

Over the last few months we’ve carried out a range of work at Alan’s property, including conifer removals, stump grinding, new fencing and finally preparing the ground ready for a fresh new lawn.

It’s been great to see it all come together and the end result has completely changed the look of the garden. 👍☀️

A lot of people on here will remember how this all started — just me and a few of the lads pushing lawnmowers around estates, knocking doors and building up enough work to keep us busy.

Coming up to our 7th year established, the business has continued to grow, and we've got to this point by using casual labour whenever we needed extra help. That has played a big part in helping us get to where we are today.

We're now at the stage where the workload is consistent, and it's time to bring someone into the team on a full-time, steady basis.

We're a professional outdoor services company covering grass cutting, grounds maintenance, landscaping, tree work and general outdoor maintenance across the North West.

🌳 The role:

• Grounds maintenance across domestic and commercial sites
• Grass cutting, hedge maintenance and general landscape upkeep
• Assisting with landscaping, tree work and a variety of outdoor projects

✅ We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping (preferred, but not essential)
• Has a good work ethic and is willing to learn
• Holds a full, clean driving licence
• Is reliable, self-motivated and takes pride in their work
• Represents the business professionally with customers
• Is happy working outdoors in all weather

💷 Pay: £13–£15/hour depending on experience
🕐 Hours: Full-time, permanent
📍 Based: Derry/Londonderry
