One of the biggest hidden costs in a new home can be plumbing and heating issues that aren’t obvious during a viewing.

I now offer pre-purchase plumbing surveys to help spot problems before you buy, including:

✔ leaks or signs of previous water damage
✔ low water pressure issues

Big update for 2026.

From April I’ll be trading as NEG Plumbing & Heating Ltd.

Same service, same phone number – just moving into the next stage of the business.

Alongside my normal plumbing and heating work, I’ll also be offering Pre-Purchase Plumbing & Heating Inspections for anyone buying a house locally.

A lot of survey reports recommend getting the heating system checked before completing a purchase, so this gives buyers a simple way to get clear advice on boilers, pipework and water systems before they move in.
