Almost completed the external works on this project! 🔨

We’re now moving on to the internal works, where we’ll be digging out and insulating all floors before installing underfloor heating throughout.

The next stages will include a brand-new modern kitchen, with the property fully plasterboarded and skimmed throughout.

There’s still plenty to do, but the transformation is really starting to take shape.

Watch this space for the finished result! 👀

Little job we pulled in a few weeks back. This space was dark so we installed 7 low pitched velux windows to brighten everything up, all new electrics with plenty of down lights and new radiators on the walls. We also re boarded and skimmed the whole ceiling. Great customers! They even had us all back round for some nibbles and beers 🍺 👌

Complete roof replacement carried out on this bungalow in Ashbourne. The existing tiles, battens, and felt were fully stripped and removed before installing new breathable roofing membrane, treated battens, and modern Marley pan tiles, giving the property a smart, contemporary finish while improving overall roof performance and durability.

This renovation project is now approaching completion, and the transformation has been extensive from start to finish.

The property was originally divided into a separate utility room, kitchen, and dining area. To create a more functional open-plan layout, we installed two structural steel beams to replace the existing dividing walls, completely opening up the downstairs living space.

A bespoke hidden utility room has also been formed behind a kitchen cupboard, creating a discreet and practical solution that connects through to the newly completed playroom/garage conversion.

The works carried out throughout this project included:

* Full downstairs rewire
* Complete plumbing installation
* Removal of all existing plaster back to brick
* Full re-boarding and skimming throughout

Can anyone recommend a roofing company that do epdm rubber? Need one doing in the next few weeks on an extension. But have 4 more already booked in that I can use them again on. Thanks
