This project included:
• Full garage conversion
• Brand new porch
• Structural work removing a load-bearing wall to open up the kitchen and dining space
• New utility room
• Downstairs bathroom / ensuite added to the converted garage
• Complete new roof
• New cladding to the dormer and front elevation
• Rubber roof installed to dormer
• Full rewire and replaster throughout
• Rear garden transformation with retaining walls and new patio area
• New tarmac driveway

From wreck to riches. Converting this tired outhouse into a utility/office with toilet. Making it a usable space. Fully insulated new rubber roof, lvt flooring new door and windows and nice upvc cladding to outside.

A recent small extension over in allestree. Removal of the rear existing house to create a nice big open plan kitchen dining room.

Working close with the customers to come in on budget. Left to a plaster finish ready for there new kitchen.

Always ensuring we left the washing machine and a temporary kitchen to keep abit of normality. All work completed in house, organised and ran by ourselves including building control site visits to leave a stress free time for the customers.
