Another day on the road with Wizard 🚐

This one involved an early start, plenty of miles, a ferry crossing and more hot tubs safely delivered to their new home. 🌊

One of the things we’re proud of at Wizard is that distance doesn’t stop us. We deliver and install hot tubs across the UK, so wherever you are, there’s a good chance we can get to you.

Here’s a little behind-the-scenes look at what one of our delivery days actually looks like 👀

🔥 From wood-fired to electric

This London job involved a hot tub that had originally been wood-fired and was later converted to an electric, heat-only system using components supplied by Wizard Hot Tubs. The parts were supplied by us, but the installation itself was carried out by another company.

🔧 After the conversion was completed, the system wasn’t operating as expected, so we attended site to diagnose the issue.

We found that the circulation pump had been connected to the incorrect terminal and the control box required further programming.

⚡ Once the connections and settings were corrected, the system was brought back into operation and working as intended.

A day at work with Tom 🔧

Today’s job took us to Glasgow, where this hot tub had been left out of action after the original control box burnt out.

Tom removed the failed unit, fitted a new Balboa BP8 control box, reprogrammed it to suit the tub’s specific pump setup and got everything running exactly as it should again. ✅

Another hot tub back up and running. 🫧
