🔧 Customer Call Out – Problem Solved 🔧

This RotaSpa came to us with an error code shutting down the heater and pump ⚠️

After inspection, Tom found the heater sensor had built up with scale, causing the system to cut out to prevent overheating. The fix? A heater replacement and getting everything back running as it should 💪

👉 The cause?
This is a really common issue and is usually down to:
• Water chemistry imbalance (pH / Alkalinity)
• Over-sanitising
• Not regularly checking levels

Even if you’re changing your water, keeping your chemistry balanced is key to avoiding costly repairs like this 👇

💡 Prevention is always cheaper than repair
