1- Old rotten wooden cladding replaced with uPVC cladding - UV protection

2- Flat roof leaking ( back flowing and pooling incorrect seal between partition and all blocked in with p trims. Now fully sealed and flowing correctly with all the correct trims.

3- Old tried front bay replaced with uPVC cladding maintenance free

4- Blown dpc bricks replacements aco drainage installed with new uPVC downpipe into main drainage 🏘️🧱

1- Full Rear roof replacement with a YBS insulation membrane treated battens and Russell double romans tiles.

2- Poorly installed rubber roof with no flow self tapping screws in the trims. ( Correct fall made and rotten boards replaced. New EPDM and all trims.

3- 120 year old slate roof split leaking lead valleys alot of missing and cracked tiles. Chimney flashing in code 3 leaking. All code 4 replacement looking lovely in it's original state.

4- Replacement guttering on conservatory back on its original self supporting brackets ( instead of duck tape)
