💪 BIG STEEL. BIG LIFTS. ONE DAY INSTALL. 🏗️

This week we manufactured nearly 15 tonnes of structural steel for a project right here in Derby — including one monster beam weighing in at over 2.5 tonnes!

From CAD design and fabrication through to site installation, the whole lot was installed in a single day without a hitch. 👌

A massive thanks to Connor at Amber Lifting for another spot-on job on the crane. 🤝

Another big one leaving the workshop! 💪

This 8 metre, 1.7 tonne goal post frame has been manufactured for Ben Eley’s latest project.

Using our advanced in-house design software, every cut, cope and connection was produced millimetre perfect, ensuring a smooth installation on site.

Not every job is glamorous… but every job deserves precision. 🏗️☀️

Three 8.5m steel beams, spliced into thirds to create 9 individual sections.

That meant drilling 240 x 20mm holes… all in blistering summer heat. 🔥

Accuracy matters on every hole because every connection has to fit perfectly on site.
