The sun was shining down on us for our final concrete pour to finish the internal floor on this 20,000 ft2 industrial unit.

Our second new apprentice, Tyler, is one of our two new Groundworks apprentices and is already picking up new skills, knowledge and the work ethic to match.

The crew on site have worked tirelessly to achieve a finish that’s going to be 👌.

Here are a few pictures from the site he’s currently working on at Dales Park in Ashbourne, which is showing more progress with every passing day.

A couple of weeks of progress at our latest project in Somerset 📸

We started on site with the concrete base before moving onto the steel frame, which is now up and ready for the next stage.

Cladding starts next week, so we’ll be back with another update soon!

👷‍♂️ A day out on site for our newest apprentice!

Today, Sales Estimator Will C took our new Apprentice Draughtsman, Liam, out on some site surveys to give him some hands-on experience and a chance to see first-hand what goes into the projects he’ll be working on.

Liam has already settled right in with the team, and we’re excited to see where his construction career takes him! 👏

And Liam is just one of four apprentices we’ve welcomed to Midbrook this year, alongside two Groundworkers and a Business Admin Apprentice.

Investing in the next generation of talent is something we’re really proud of, and it’s safe to say the future of construction and Midbrook is looking bright! 🏗️✨
