It was the official opening of the new Scout and Guide Hut this morning (Fill Circle Centre), great event and we were joined by a special guest - Lord Baden Powell's RR! Perfect opportunity here to extend and transform this two bed bungalow. We will be submitting plans for a large extension to create a family kitchen / diner and an additional bedroom with ensuite. There is also potential to utilise the space in the roof 🙂

Great to see Shelton Lock Scout and Guide Hut almost complete. It's been fantastic to be part of this community project run by an amazing team and it's very exciting to know local groups will soon be moving in and using the space.

Fantastic progress being made at the new Shelton Lock Scout and Guide hut. Great to see it progress and start to see how it will look when complete. What an amazing facility which will be available to be used by the whole community.

Great to see Shelton Lock scout & guide hut taking shape, using modern construction methods such as an ICF system for the walls. This is two layers of polystyrene separated by a cavity which is then filled with concrete. Can't wait to see it progress further. An exciting project to be involved with.

Time to move on from that old conservatory? Too hot in the summer, too cold in the winter? Maybe the space would be better utilised with an extension using masonry walls and a tiled roof, fully insulated so it can be enjoyed as much as the rest of the house. Perhaps a dining room, playroom, office or sun lounge. Get in touch for some advice 🙂

Lovely little cottage in Derbyshire, a bit of work and TLC it'll be stunning. This listed building will have a new extension on the rear, new internal staircase and a rejig of the internal layout. All being sympathetic to the original building and using traditional materials. What a beautiful location!
