Before and Afters of this weeks works for a landlord is oakwood, Derby.
Pvc walls and ceilings and LVT flooring makes this room practically zero maintenance. Just a wipe clean.

Bath out and this walk in shower installed as customers struggled getting in with the bath! Installed the tray on the floor, burying all the pipework and waste in floor for minimal step.
