Customer Comments

John Marsland has done an excellent job and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He removed the old carpet and fitted new laminate flooring throughout downstairs, including the kitchen and entrance. He also fitted new internal doors, replaced the back door, changed the kitchen doors, removed/adjusted kitchen units and moved sockets where needed. The house now looks much more modern and comfortable. He is professional, honest, reliable, hardworking and very respectful. Nothing was too much trouble and he explained everything clearly. A true professional and a genuinely kind person. 10/10 service.Reviewed June 2026

Whether you’re looking for air conditioning, garden shade, landscaping, or other home improvements, it can be tempting to book the first trader available, especially when you need the job done quickly.

But rogue traders often take advantage of busy summer periods and urgent jobs.

Before you agree to any work, take a moment to check if the business is Trading Standards Approved through Buy With Confidence. Our members are thoroughly vetted, giving you extra peace of mind when choosing someone to work in your home or garden.
