We attended site for a landlord gas safety check, testing the gas water heater and the gas cooker at the property.

The customer had already picked out and bought their new gas hob, they just needed it connected up properly.

We fitted the hob for them and then carried out a full gas safety test before handing it back.

⚗️ SCIENCE LAB SINKS AND TAPS REPLACED IN MANCHESTER

The job:
A science lab where every sink and tap needed replacing.

What we did:
We replaced all the sinks and taps in the lab, and supplied and fitted special pipework that is chemical resistant.

The result:
New sinks and taps right through the lab, chemical-resistant pipework fitted, and the whole job done in one day 👍

🔧 PUB HEATING REPAIR IN WORSLEY

The problem:
A pub we look after in Worsley, Manchester had low pressure on the boiler. The existing pressurisation unit had failed and been disconnected by another company.

The solution:
We attended, topped the boiler up and got the heating and hot water working again 🔥 Then we went back and supplied and fitted a new Mikrofill pressurisation unit to automatically top up the heating system.

The result:
🌡️ Heating and hot water working
💧 System pressure that now looks after itself
🍺 A maintenance-friendly, user-friendly system for the pub

BOLTON WAREHOUSE HEATER SERVICE 🔧

The problem:
A commercial warehouse in Bolton was being sold, and the premises needed a commercial gas safety check before it could go through.

The solution:
We attended site and carried out a gas safety check and service on every commercial heater in the warehouse, covering both the radiant tube heaters and the warm air heaters.

The result:
A few heaters that were not working are back up and running after we freed up their combustion fans, every heater on site has been checked and serviced, and the commercial gas safety check the sale needed is done.

CLAYTON BOILER PRESSURE FIX 🔧

The problem:
A Vaillant boiler running at high pressure in Clayton, Manchester.

The solution:
We diagnosed a faulty expansion vessel and pressure relief valve, collected the new parts from our supplier and fitted them the same day.

The result:
Boiler working properly again, heating back on and hot water running as it should.

🛁 New towel rail radiator fitted in Denton, Manchester

Before: an old, corroded radiator in the bathroom.
After: a towel rail radiator that looks really stylish in the room.

The customer did not want the bathroom floor lifting, so we modified the pipework to suit and fitted the new rail without taking the floor up.

Swapping a tired radiator for a towel rail does not have to mean ripping up the floor. Swipe for the before shot 👉

🔧 PUB BOILER REPAIR IN MOTTRAM ST ANDREWS

The problem:
A pub in Mottram St Andrews, Macclesfield had no heating, with an ignition fault on its Ideal Evomax boiler.

The solution:
On the first visit we cleaned the boiler out and found the burner mesh had gone very saggy, a common fault on these Ideal boilers. We cleaned the burner up to get the heating running temporarily 🔥 and ordered a new burner.

Back on the second visit we fitted the new burner mesh and gaskets, gave the boiler a full service and washed out the heat exchanger 🛠️

The result:
🌡️ Heating working again in the pub
📊 Flue gas analysis showing the boiler running very efficiently
⏱️ 6 hours in total across both visits

We have come across this fault on these boilers before, so we knew exactly what to look for.
