Great to see this project finally getting covered over.
With eight valleys tying into fixed steel valleys and ridges, and no wall plate height to work from, this has been the most challenging cut roof I've tackled in my career. It's not the type of roof I build every week, which made it an even bigger test.
Add in the exceptionally high ridge, along with constantly moving the internal scaffolding, and it's certainly pushed me and James Marshall , working alongside J.m.joinery
Now it's time to move on to the bread-and-butter internal work. Although, even that's far from straightforward—around 80% of the stud walls are angled, with wall heights reaching nearly 4 metres.
Every project brings its own challenges, and this one has certainly kept us on our toes. Onwards and upwards.
