Another property transformed with a full thermal render upgrade 🔥
This one was a complete change from the old, dated brick finish to a fresh modern silicone render system, giving the property a much cleaner, sharper and more contemporary look while also improving the thermal performance of the exterior.
For this project, we used a combination of smoke grey and white render panels to break up the elevation and add a bit more character to the finish. The lighter sections help brighten what was previously quite a dark rear entrance, while the contrast with the grey gives it a crisp modern appearance that really stands out.
As well as the visual transformation, the thermal system adds an extra layer of insulation to the property, helping improve energy efficiency and overall comfort inside the home — so it’s not just about appearance, it’s a practical upgrade too.
Finished to a high standard from start to finish, with clean lines, a tidy finish, and the site left immaculately clean as always.
