We've spent the last few weeks working in the North East for managing wildflower meadows across six sites.

Some of the sites had difficult access so we used the XA105 and high tip flail collector.

This is the second year we've managed these sites and its great to see them again!.

We've just been at Gregynog Hall for a low impact forestry information days organised by Coed Cadw, Woodland Trust.

We brought our BCS Volcan 950 dual steer tractor with the Kranman T5000 timber trailer to show what it could do. The steerable drawbar and driven wheels on the trailer make it a great combination.

It was great to meet Adam Davies from Betula Works with his Alstor 8x8 and Ben from Dunford-Leece Woodland Services with the Malwa 560 harvester and forwarder.

Back out on the Hurlimann XA105 doing some flailing. Thank goodness for Aircon!

Some long timber on the trailer today! It does extend longer but we've managed the tight corners.

Rainy day building leaky dams for .

The dams are designed to allow water to flow during normal conditions but fill up when there is a storm event. This helps take the level off the peak flow hitting the rivers lower down the catchment.

Good weather means the camera is out to snap some pics of some flag laying we've been doing on Kinder Scout.

The total length of the path is nearly 1.5km which has all had to be done by hand.

This is the last job of a 3 year multi million pound project we've been the principal contractor on.
