A few more of Southwold simply a lovely afternoon.

It’s amazing how you can go to places for years and yet still not find the best food and areas. Literally blown away today Southwold Harbour, in all the years of going to Southwold I have never discovered the harbour area😳😬. Naturally unspoilt harbour full of lovely old fishermen huts and old boats and a few amazing unpretentious restaurants. We went to Salt Shore restaurant today completely random find, and the food was simply amazing, I absolutely love oysters and seafood, today I had Barbary Duck and Oysters simply delicious.

☀️ What a fantastic summer we’re having! We hope everyone is enjoying the sunshine as much as we are.

This is our favourite time of year at BG Decorators & Carpentry. There’s nothing better than working outdoors under blue skies, listening to the birds sing, and transforming homes with high-quality decorating and carpentry work.

We specialise in the restoration, repair and decoration of period properties, helping homeowners preserve the character and charm of their homes while ensuring they remain protected for years to come. From exterior painting and timber repairs to bespoke carpentry and complete decorating projects, we take immense pride in every job we undertake.

But don’t just take our word for it:

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

“Kevin and the team redecorated the outside of our home following the installation of new windows. They not only made good around the surrounds but cleaned the roof, fascias, soffits and gutters to give the house a complete facelift. They advised on the colour scheme, making some excellent suggestions, and we are so pleased with the final result. The team were always on time, nothing was too much trouble, and there was never any mess left behind. When we thought a door needed another coat after it had dried, someone was back within the hour to sort it out. We would certainly recommend the company to friends and neighbours.”

Reviews like this mean a great deal to us because they reflect the level of care, attention to detail and customer service that we strive to provide on every project.

Our diary is filling up quickly, and we now have only limited availability remaining for exterior decorating and carpentry work this summer. If you’re considering improving your home, now is the perfect time to get in touch before the remaining slots are gone.

We are also taking bookings for interior decorating and carpentry projects from October onwards.
